چکیده
Transboundary water resources allocation is an effective measure to resolve water-related conflicts. Aiming at the problem of conflicts, we constructed models based on game theory and multi-objective optimization, revealed differences between two models. We compare Pareto front solved by AR-MOEA method NSGA-II method, analyzed difference Nash–Harsanyi Leader–Follower model optimization model. The Huaihe River basin was selected as a case study. results show that: (1) better than in terms diversity metric (Δ); (2) solution asymmetric non-dominated solution, can obtain same scheme optimal under specific preference structure; (3) after obtains front, it still needs construct information for second time make decision, while directly one participating negotiation. expand provide support rational allocation.

Least Squares Support Vector Machine for Ranking Solutions of Multi-Objective Water Resources Allocation Optimization Models
There is an increasing trend in the use of multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs) to solve multi-objective optimization problems of the allocation of water resources. However, typically the outcome is a set of Pareto optimal solutions which make up a trade-off surface between the objective functions. For decision makers to choose a satisfactory alternative from a set of Pareto-optimal ...
متن کاملMulti-objective Modeling Based on Competition Airlines Cooperation by Game Theory and Sustainable Development Approach
In each time period, the demand of passengers for each route are finite and airlines compete for earning more profits. The complex competition among airlines causes problems, such as complicating flight planning and increasing empty seats for some routes. These problems increase air pollution and fuel consumption. To solve these problems, this research studies the cooperation of the airlines wi...
متن کاملRELIABILITY-BASED MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMAL DESIGN OF SPATIAL TRUSSES USING GAME THEORY AND GA
This paper introduces a reliability-based multi-objective design method for spatial truss structures. A multi-objective optimization problem has been defined considering three conflicting objective functions including truss weight, nodal deflection, and failure probability of the entire truss structure with design variables of cross sectional area of the truss members. The failure probability o...
متن کاملWeighted Bankruptcy Rules and Transboundary Water Resources Allocation
One significant problem of transboundary river basins causing various challenges and disputes throughout the world is that because of increasing water resource variability and consumption, the water demand often exceeds water availability. Hence, one of the main challenges in transboundary river basin management is how to allocate the available water among the riparian states equitably and reas...
متن کاملMulti Responses Optimization Through Game Theory Approach
In this paper, a new approach based on game theory has been proposed to multi responses problem optimization. Game theory is a useful tool for decision making in the conflict of interests between intelligent players in order to select the best joint strategy for them through selecting the best joint desirability. Present research uses the game theory approach via definition of each response as ...
